To ensure we provide the best experience for all of our guests and respect our stylists’ time, we kindly ask that you review our booking policy below:

• Credit Card on File

A valid credit card is required to book and hold all appointments. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking, but is securely kept on file in accordance with our cancellation policy.

• Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.

• Late Cancellations

Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 50% service charge.

• No-Shows

Guests who miss their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

• Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, your service may need to be adjusted, or rescheduled, and may still be subject to the full service charge.
